SPA Regulations

  1. You must arrive at the hotel reception at least for your scheduled treatment 10 min before the planned start time.
  2. In case you are late for the scheduled date, The hotel reserves the right to shorten the treatment time, without the possibility of lowering its price.
  3. If you intend to cancel or change the date of the procedure, belongs inform the reception at least 4 days before the planned day of surgery. Without prior cancellation of the procedure, the purchased voucher is lost.
  1. Before starting the procedure, Guests are required to sign a declaration of no contraindications to the treatments they have chosen.
  2. General contraindications:
  • Dermatological changes (mycosis, warts, itp.)
  • Breaks in skin continuity
  • Malignant and benign tumors
  • Acute and subacute inflammation, purulent, allergic
  • Early periods after fractures, sprains, sprains
  • Fresh clots
  • Phlebitis, large varicose veins, aneurysms
  • Hemorrhages and their tendency to occur
  • Advanced hypertensive disease
  • Decompensated heart defects
  • Pacemaker, endoprostheses
  • Diseases of internal organs
  • Rheumatic diseases
  • Epilepsy, diabetes
  • Menstruation time
  • Pregnancy in the first and last trimester, breast-feeding
  1. The treatments will be performed refused people:

  1. Before using the services, you should change your clothes in the changing room and leave your personal belongings in the lockers provided for this purpose.
  2. The hotel provides appropriate dressing room for treatments (bathrobe, disposable slippers, disposable underwear, towel).
  3. We recommend arriving at the SPA without jewelry or valuables. Otherwise, you will be asked to remove your jewelry before the treatment.
  1. The hotel is not responsible for items left in the office or cloakroom.
  2. We will be grateful to you for reporting any irregularities to the SPA Staff, faults, comments, that may affect the operation of the SPA and the quality of the services provided.
  3. For the sake of your own safety and the safety of others, please follow the above rules.
