1. The swimming pool is located in the “Zacisze” Hotel building.

2. The swimming pool is open daily from: 8:00 do 22:00. Last entry to the swimming pool hall is possible one hour before closing time.

3. Before using the swimming pool, please read the regulations and all instructions for use of the facilities provided. The purchase of a ticket or pass constitutes acceptance of the provisions of the regulations.

4. Persons violating public order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the swimming pool without refund.

5. Swimming pool users are obliged to unconditionally comply with the instructions and orders of the staff, rescuers on duty.

6. The swimming pool is a monitored facility. Cameras are not installed in the changing rooms, under showers and in sanitary facilities.

7. All devices provided have the required certificates and ensure safe use provided that the instructions are followed.

8. The swimming pool can be used by individuals and organized groups.

9. Minors may stay in the swimming pool area only under the care and supervision of adults.

10. The facility must be kept tidy, cleanliness and peace.

11. In order to stay at the swimming pool (hala basenowa, saunas, salt Cave, jacuzzi) you must purchase a ticket, coding strip (transponder) collected and returned at the reception. Loss of coding strip (transponder) results in a penalty fee of 50,00 PLN / pcs.

12. The settlement of the stay at the swimming pool is determined by the time of issue and settlement of the coding strip (transponder). The fee is calculated based on the current price list.

13. Before entering the swimming pool hall, outside shoes must be replaced with replacement ones (clean flip flops) and leaving the outer covering in the cloakroom.

14. Everyone using water basins and attractions is obliged to thoroughly wash their body under the shower before entering the swimming pool hall.

15. Those using water pools and attractions must wear swimsuits intended for water sports.

16. Upon the lifeguard’s order, users of water pools and attractions should immediately get out of the water and obey the instructions of the lifeguards on duty or the staff.

17. Any threats, cuts and injuries should be reported immediately to the lifeguard on duty.

18. Users of saunas and salt caves are additionally subject to separate regulations for the above-mentioned devices.

2. Prohibitions Applicable At The Swimming Pool And Pool Hall

19. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants are prohibited from entering the swimming pool.

20. People with skin diseases are prohibited from using the Wellness zone, with open or difficult-to-heal wounds, with infectious diseases,with breathing difficulties and people who do not observe personal hygiene.

21. It is forbidden to use the Wellness zone: running, pushing, jumping into the water from the edge of the pool, making noise, naked bathing, also in showers, meeting physiological needs in water and in places not intended for this purpose, drinking, eating and chewing gum, using sharp or glass objects, including storage of sensitive requests and answers provided to maintain the principle of accountability. containers with cosmetics.

22. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility.

23. It is forbidden to bring in, drinking alcoholic beverages in the Wellness zone.

24. Pets are not allowed.

3. Responsibility

25. The lifeguards on duty are responsible for the safety of people staying in the swimming pool hall during public swimming.

26. People with heart conditions, circulatory disorders, hypertension, balance disorders and after long-term illnesses should obtain medical permission to use the swimming pool, saunas and other devices.

27. People with unstable health conditions use the swimming pool at their own risk, and the swimming pool management is not responsible for any health effects.

28. People destroying equipment, swimming pool equipment and water polluting devices bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused.

29. Parents or guardians are responsible for damage caused by minors.

30. In the case of organized groups, The group leader is responsible for the participants’ behavior.

31. The hotel management is not responsible for accidents caused by failure to comply with the regulations.

32. The hotel management is not responsible for the items, including in particular valuables or documents, lost on the premises and lost due to theft.

33. The hotel management is not responsible for damage to swimsuits in the swimming pool hall.

4. Final Provisions

34. The pool staff can control all individuals and organized groups, and in case of violations, prohibit further use from the swimming pool or conducting classes.

35. Inappropriate behavior towards swimming pool staff is a violation of these regulations and will result in sanctions, up to and including being denied the right to use the swimming pool.

36. The regulations come into force on the day the pool opens and are valid for an indefinite period.
